Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages accurately
- Ensure timely service and assist guests with menu choices and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations
- Follow restaurant service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Process bills and payments as per company guidelines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Hotel Management (3 years) OR Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (restaurant/hotel/café)
- Height Requirement: Minimum 5’6″
